104 Market Street, Glasgow, Missouri

SCOPE OF WORK: Federal and Missouri Historic Tax Credit
APPLICATIONS:
CLIENT: Greg Speiser
INVESTMENT: $108,000
COMPLETED: February 2006

This project revitalized a small one-story commercial building in the downtown commercial district of a quiet central-Missouri town. The restored storefront adds visual character to the block, while the bakery inside adds economic vitality to the community. In addition to the storefront, work focused on systems upgrades and new interior finishes.

While preparing state and federal tax credit applications for this tiny storefront, Rosin Preservation staff worked closely with the owner and contractor to ensure that the work would comply with the tax credit requirements.

Recipient of a 2007 Preserve Missouri Award.
