yield a profitable project. We assess National Register eligibility, identify key features and issues associated with tax credit-funded rehabilitation, prepare tax credit applications, facilitate the application process with the reviewing agencies, and actively contribute to the project team.

Preserve Historic Buildings and Districts ~
Rosin Preservation helps municipalities and other agencies
wanting to preserve their past. We perform historic resources surveys, identify buildings and historic districts that are eligible for the national, state, or local historic registers, and prepare register nominations.

Preserve Regulatory Processes ~
Rosin Preservation helps public agencies and private individuals comply with government regulations. We perform historic resource surveys, identify national register eligible buildings and historic districts, assist in developing mitigation strategies, prepare and negotiate agreement documents, prepare resource documentation reports, and facilitate required public participation activities.
