Anaya Building

Rosin Preservation worked with two different developers to secure state and federal historic tax credits for this early 20th century building in the Whittier Square Historic District. Installation of historically appropriate windows was a critical component of the project, which rehabilitated the vacant building as an art gallery and professional offices. The rehabbed Anaya Building is an essential part of the redevelopment trend bringing new offices, restaurants, shops and services to the historic Kendall-Whittier Main Street.
