Watkins House

The Missouri State Parks hired Rosin Preservation and SWD Architects to document the existing conditions of the Watkins House, a mid-1800s residence in a state park. The final report recommended strategies for future maintenance and restoration. Archival research into the history of the property was necessary to understanding how the property achieved its current appearance and condition. The goal was to help the Park maintain the historic character of the property, particularly those parts that are highly visible to the public.
