The Dream

For years I have dreamed of housing the Rosin Preservation offices in a building that showcases our work.

Not just because our team loves old buildings. We want to walk our talk in a building that has been rehabbed, maybe even adaptively reused, according to “The Standards” — aka the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, which guide all historic tax credit projects.

The time has come. This summer, the dream will be realized when we move our offices to a reclaimed machine shop in Kansas City’s East Crossroads where we will not only be the tenants, but also the developers.
